Tammy Wilson is the Broker/Owner of Western Plains Realty. She has over 20 years experience in Real Estate and has helped 100's of buyers and sellers over the years. Tammy started her Real Estate career in 1991 and quickly developed the skills required to be successful in the residential real estate business.
Western Plains Realty was started by Tammy in 1998. After 7 years working as an agent for the large corporate Real Estate companies, she could not find one that focused on the customer as much as the quota's. The Western Plains Realty business plan centered on the needs of her clients and she built a family run business to compliment this philosophy. Family is a very large part of Tammy and contributes in many ways to Western Plains today. From book work to open houses and jumping in where needed, the family has always been supportive. Tammy believes that every client deserves personal service from the agent they choose. Tammy has never, and will never, pass a client off to a staff member in the middle of a transaction. Her clients are her primary focus and she has proven that this approach leads to the results that generate the activity and referrals to keep Western Plains Realty a strong thriving business.
Ken Reit is the other half of Western Plains Realty's Broker/Owner team. His background in Real Estate goes back several years and ranges from building, remodeling and investing in Real Estate. Ken decided to go full time and make a career in Real Estate in 2004 after 20 years in the business world and sales with small business and then a large international corporation. His sales background provides him the ability to listen to his clients needs and ask the right questions to determine their needs and wants. Ken believes that the only way to succeed in business is to conduct business in a manner that is centered on the customer.
Michelle Wilson has been with Western Plains Realty for a couple of years now. She started as an office assistant and got hooked by the world of Real Estate! She has recently attained her own Real Estate license, and absolutely loves the new side of Realty! She thanks you in advance for helping her learn the process of Real Estate purchases and sales, as she works along side the Broker/Owner team!
Tammy, Ken and Michelle are Western Plains Realty. They strive to keep things light but informative. They work together with all of their clients. This level of service is not offered by many Real Estate Companies.
