NO BUYERS AGENCY AGREEMENT
If you have ever met with a Realtor to view a home you have probably been presented an agreement to sign called a Buyer's Agency Agreement. This document is a contract between you and the Realtor that defines the terms and conditions you are bound to when buying a home. Most often it will state that you can only work with that agent to buy your house. This seems like a big commitment considering you have known this person for less than a week and often times only a few hours. We believe that we need to earn your business and loyalty. We work hard to prove this and should only be paid if we do our job. We listen to your needs and wants to refine our criteria and locate the home of your dreams. If we do not perform to your expectations you should be free to go with another Realtor and not be bound by a contract.
NO FEES OR COMMISSIONS PAID BY THE BUYER
We get paid by the seller of the home you buy. We have never charged our buyers for anything. We negotiate on your behalf and work hard to bring every transaction to a successful close. We only get paid if we are successful and the seller pays the bill.
